I know for many, today is a very stressful day. Don't let election anxiety get the best of you.
So you voted. That's amazing, but you're still stressed, now what?
Here are a few things you can do to take care of yourself today.
Go to the store and get your essentials for the rest of the week. Do this before the polls close. Trust me, having what you want on hand is a great feeling
Take the day off, rest today and tomorrow if needed
Hydrate. There is nothing worse for the mood then being dehydrated when stressed out
Meditate, dance, sing, play. Do something you find pleasure in. You’ve already done your civic duty by voting. There is nothing left to do but tend to your own garden
Reach out to those close to you, below are some resources for you to connect with if you have the time
Stay safe. Stay sane. Stay peaceful
