Meet Jaime Reeves, LMFT
Therapist.

Death Doula. Integrative Practitioner.

About

My work centers on helping individuals, couples, and families understand the deeper patterns shaping their emotional and relational lives. With advanced training in mood disorders, couples therapy, boundary and assertiveness work, Gestalt psychology, and integrative healing practices, I guide clients toward sustainable emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being.

I believe meaningful change happens when we look beyond surface symptoms and begin to understand the roots of our experiences - the stories, systems, and survival strategies that have shaped us over time.

My Approach

I blend traditional psychotherapy with a holistic, integrative lens, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt principles, somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, and ancestral or spiritual frameworks when appropriate.

This allows us to work with your full experience: thoughts, emotions, body sensations, beliefs, relationships, and personal history. Whether we’re navigating conflict, breaking generational patterns, or moving through a painful season of life, our work together is grounded, collaborative, and deeply human.

My intention is to create a space where you feel both supported and gently challenged, a space where insight turns into meaningful, lasting change.

  • Individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood instability, trauma, identity shifts, or burnout

  • Couples healing disconnection, communication breakdowns, or recurring conflict

  • Families seeking healthier boundaries, clearer communication, and emotional repair

  • Clients engaged in ancestral healing or spiritual integration work

  • Individuals and families preparing for end-of-life transitions

Who I Work With

Clients often find their way to me during seasons of overwhelm, disconnection, or transition.
I work with:

“Today you are you! That is truer than true! There is no one alive who is you-er than you!”
— Dr. Seuss

Therapy is about coming home to yourself with greater clarity, compassion, and strength.
