How long does therapy last?
The typical client is in therapy for 4-5 months before they have met their initial therapeutic goals. If and when your goals are met and you feel satisfied with the progress you have made, you will typically begin the discharge process. 60% of all clients meet their goals within this time frame. Others who have more complex issues may stay longer.
